I specialise in providing strategic advice and guidance, tailored to meet the unique needs of your business. With over three decades of experience in the IT industry, I bring a wealth of IT knowledge and expertise to your business, ensuring your IT services run smoothly and efficiently, and your projects are delivered effectively - to time, cost and quality.

Typical Coaching Engagement
An engagement will start with an 'introductory meeting' - allowing you to meet the coach, to outline your particular needs or challenges, and to discuss the appropriate engagement structure which suits you best. It will also allow agreement on the practicalities - timing, location, confidentiality etc.
A coaching engagement will typically involve a series of 4-6 sessions, normally 60 mins, and ideally face-to-face, but can also be online.
